To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Email support@flybag.fish within 14 days from receiving your order. Include: order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged.

Uncollected Goods

For goods returned to us after not being picked up we charge a fee of XXX. The payment for the order is refunded and the fee is withdrawn. 

Products Issues

In the unfortunate case of one of our products being defective, email us at support@flybag.fish. Describe the issue thoroughly and attach images to allow us to understand the problem as quickly and correctly as possible.

Broken Parcel

Make a complaint to the transporter upon pick up.
